1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ctk11 website located at ctk11.app (the "Platform"), creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ctk11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as the ctk11 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ctk11 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ctk11 Platform.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between ctk11 and players, including support interactions, bonus notifications, and account correspondence, shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ctk11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active ctk11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by ctk11 or any other gaming operator;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in making deposits, placing bets, or withdrawing funds;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of ctk11 or any of its affiliated game providers.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

ctk11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents typically requested include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Until age verification is complete, ctk11 may place restrictions on deposit limits, withdrawal processing, and access to certain game categories. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

ctk11 is operated for and primarily targeted at players located in Bangladesh. ctk11 does not warrant that the Platform is legally accessible from all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ctk11 from your location complies with applicable local laws. ctk11 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a player accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses on ctk11, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. ctk11 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on ctk11 at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ctk11 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ctk11 may close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and withhold any bonus funds credited across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctk11 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ctk11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctk11 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Currency

All ctk11 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited in BDT. All displayed balances, bet amounts, and withdrawal figures are shown in BDT unless otherwise stated for a specific game or tournament.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ctk11 supports a range of payment methods trusted by players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on ctk11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The Company does not accept deposits or process withdrawals using cryptocurrency wallets unless explicitly stated in a separate notice on the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ctk11 balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. ctk11 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ctk11 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. ctk11 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by the finance team. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

ctk11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure and is not a punitive measure.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

ctk11 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. ctk11 may report unusual transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts suspected of facilitating money laundering will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ctk11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a ctk11 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed by players whose primary purpose is systematic bonus harvesting. ctk11 reserves the right to decline a bonus application or cancel bonus funds where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the eligibility conditions have not been met.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. The contribution rates applicable to a specific promotion will be listed in that promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ctk11 actively monitors for patterns of behaviour consistent with systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called "matched betting" using bonus funds), exploiting errors in bonus calculations, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and collusion between players to transfer bonus value. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ctk11 may void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may close the relevant account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ctk11 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

6.1 You Must Not:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point;
• Attempt to access another player's account or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploit any software bug, technical error, or miscalculation of odds — any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on ctk11;
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Publish, transmit, or share any content via ctk11's communication channels that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ctk11 software or infrastructure;
• Use a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by ctk11.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

ctk11 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: issue a formal warning; suspend or permanently close the relevant account; void bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or reverse withdrawal requests pending investigation; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ctk11 Platform — including but not limited to the ctk11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ctk11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform; use any ctk11 branding or trademarks without prior written consent; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use Platform data for commercial purposes.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms. ctk11 licenses this content for display on the Platform but does not claim ownership over it.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ctk11 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure by ctk11

ctk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false information; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected; the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or game activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ctk11 will notify the account holder via their registered email or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved for a minimum of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which ctk11 may apply an administrative fee in accordance with its dormant account policy published on the Platform at the time.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ctk11 will not accept deposits from the excluded account and will not send promotional materials to the player. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctk11 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the ctk11 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure.

ctk11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Platform Availability

ctk11 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. ctk11 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on ctk11 are provided by independent third-party studios. ctk11 acts as a distributor of this content and is not responsible for any technical errors, game malfunctions, or disputed outcomes originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a game malfunction, the relevant game provider's dispute resolution process will apply. Bets affected by confirmed game malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ctk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ctk11 will notify registered players via a notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within the account dashboard, or a message to the registered email or mobile number. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ctk11 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting live support. ctk11 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translations provided are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the English text.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
